Recommended workflow

  1. 1. Draft copy in Text and use the input quality assistant.
  2. 2. Open Image/Video modules, choose templates, and tune ratio/duration/output count.
  3. 3. Reuse results from My Media and retry failed items quickly.
  4. 4. Follow notices and submit tickets/appeals from Profile.

FAQ and troubleshooting

Why is the Generate button disabled?

Usually required input is missing. In Text, check the input quality assistant. In Image/Video, fill prompt and upload required references for effect templates.

Why did template loading fail?

Templates are loaded from /api/template-presets. If API fails, fallback templates are used. Ask admin to verify template publishing status.

Why did generation fail or return empty?

Typical reasons are rate limit, too-short input, or temporary model service instability. Try simpler input and retry shortly.

Where do I handle notices and appeals?

Use Notification Center for notices and Risk Center in Profile for tickets/appeals.
